So I ran the Disk Defragmenter today and got this:





Is this something I should be worried about?

I also saved the log:

Nothing to worry about do you have all service packs installed . . I think I recall that this annoiance was fixed in SP2

Try in safe mode.
Same result??
or try JkDefrag (now Mydefrag) if you are seriously worried
