I have installed a Microsoft bluetooth USB device in my desktop. I have had it for years but had not been able to get it working and lost interest. I now want to use it. My computer recognizes it, asks for the password, all OK but will not accept pictures from my bluetooth phone. I get the error code 67. I do not know where the old software disk is as it has been so long ago since I bought it. I have the latest drivers from Microsoft via download. Any ideas how to make this work?

Regards, Syl
