Confused After turning off tea timer
sUBs,

Here is the result after turning off tea timer and restaring system ..
the "5" orpahned entries are still there ... after deleting them I kept getting a
message from Norton Anti-Virus (NAV) saying it couldn't fix the configuration
and I had to remove NAV, and reboot, and reload the NAV program and I no
longer get the message from NAV; however the 5 orphan entries came back.
I'm almost afraid to just the fix again on hijackthis .... are these "5" orphaned entries a real problem and do I need to worry about them? The system is
running good with NO POP-UPS ... suggestions...

This entry indicates that Tea Timer is set as an autorun entry. It means Tea Timer automatically loads with Windows. Please disable Tea Timer & keep it disabled. Then fix those entries. Reboot without re-enabling Tea Timer. Tell me if those entries return

Confused Results after running Hijackthis with Tea timer off ...
sUBS,

Here is the results ... PLEASE note I went back to an old Hijackthis log on 5 Nov 2005 FYI ---- when everything was running great and noticed on the "3" orpahn entries ... where they originally came from ... please see the Hijackthis log see the log below just run and here is the three entries from 5 Nov 2005 and where they started ... I no longer have Housecall.trendmicro, pandasoftware on the system, I have Symantec NAV
and its running fine ... however, it did stop running when I had fixed/deleted the entry below... what do you think ...

016 are ActiveX entries. When you visit those vendors for an online scan, you will download these activeX controls.

These entries are okay if it references a file. If it doesnt, it's orphaned.

If you do those online scans again, they will be re-created.
