I have just removed a trojan 'wingdm32.dll' from my system.
Now when i start up i am presented with a windows explorer dialogue box opened in program files. Any ideas how to stop it? I think it might be a registry file... Download StartDreck
Unzip to its own folder and start the program: Press 'Config' Press 'mark all' Uncheck the following boxes only: System/Running Process -> List Modules System/Drivers -> NT Services System/Drivers -> NT Kernel- and FS-drivers Press 'OK' Press 'Save' and select the location to save the log file (default is the same folder as the application)

Sorry for the long lapse in between replies. I seem to have lost topic notifications for this thread.
Run StartDreck with the same options selected like before. Click on the following and hit the Delete button in the program:
* * * * * * * * Then download and install CleanUp! Open Cleanup! by double-clicking the icon on your desktop (or from the Start > All Programs menu). Set the program up as follows: Click "Options..." Move the arrow down to "Custom CleanUp!" Put a check next to the following (Make sure nothing else is checked!):
Press the CleanUp! button to start the program. It may ask you to reboot at the end, click NO. * * * * * * * * Then, perform an online scan with Internet Explorer with Panda ActiveScan
Copy the results of the ActiveScan and paste them here along with a new HiJackThis log

I don't see anything in the log that would cause that folder to startup. Try holding down the ctrl (also try shift if ctrl method didn't work) and then click the X button to close it out. Restart and see if it comes back. If it does, go to Start->Run and type in msconfig and hit OK. Then go to the Startup tab and uncheck one of the following entries:
NvCplDaemon NVMixerTray NvMediaCenter Just uncheck one and restart your computer. See if the folder pops back up. If not, check it back and go on to the next one there. All 3 entries above are related to the nVidia graphics card.
