Thanks yet again. I saw this was moved to the Resolved section last night, but today (coming back to do the installs!) is back over here. You can consider this closed I think, after I do the installs (zone alarm, and the other stuff you mentioned that I haven't installed yet) I will do my back ups of any data I don't want to lose incase the SP2 install does not work correctly, and then I will do the SP2 update. =)
