HJT log. Sound device keeps screwing up

I have a sigmatel audio device (came installed on my laptop). It keeps disabling itself, and most of the time if I try an uninstall and re-install it doesnt work. Ive tried everything from updating drivers to downloading new drivers to trying hardware wizard to fix it, etc etc etc....Something on my PC is disabling the sound on my laptop.

Problem started when I first installed bluetooth (about 15 minutes after I installed it), but after an uninstall and system restore to an earlier date, the problem still exists. Sometimes when I power up Ill have sound, and then next time I power up I wont. It seems pretty random which doesnt make much sense. Heres my log....anything in it look suspicious??
