Can't Connect to internet - Bad url.grandstreetinteractive

I have been working on one of my home network computers for about a week now. It is running Win 98 and has a Belkin G Card connecting to a wireless Belkin Pre-N router. I can connect to the network thru the wireless router but cannot connect to the internet at all. I have run Adaware SE Professional with CWS Add-on. I have run SpyBot and Spy Sweeper. It got rid of many Bad files. Before running, when I would try to connect to internet explorer, I would get a flashing address bar that would say BadUrl.Grandstreetinteractive.com. I followed all instructions I could find by "googling" it. I finally managed to get rid of that, but internet still won't connect. Thru my network I was able to download Hijack This and run a scan. I've done all I know to do, I hope someone can help me resolve this issue. Here's the log:

Uninstall HJT List

An update of additional steps taken trying to resolve this issue. I have applied a Winsock2 Fix, that didn't fix it. A VX2 Cleaner, that didn't find anything. I also installed Mozilla Firefox to see if it was corrupted IE files keeping me from connecting, that didn't work either. I'm beginning to wonder if I would be better off to just bite the bullet and format the hard drive. As many hours as I've put in on this, I could have easily done that by now..... Anyway, here is the log:

Thats your call. Let me know before I post a fix...but if your looking to be 100% it's clean...a format and reinstall will do that.

Format Drive

Just an update. I decided to go ahead and fdisk and format the drive and do a clean installation of all programs. It worked! I am now up and running and connected not only to the network, but the internet as well. Thanks anyway.
