When you try to start normally...what happens? Blank Screen? Windows error message? Enter safe mode and open your Admin controls. Open the Event Viewer and see if it lists an error everytime you boot.

Also check device manager and see if you have conflicts. It sounds like in your spyware removal rampage you removed some driver or file that is now conflicting. Try to do a system restore while in safe mode and see if that works.

u're right, when deleting all the spyware it happened that a driver for a virtual dvd-rom wich was on my machine was deleted somehow, and windows was trying to find it while booting, when i was trying to start the comp, it started as usuall, until the window with " window is starting up" message came up thennothing from thi point just that screen will be staying on forever, i reinstaled my windows, it was easy for me since i have a second HDD and all myprograms are on it.

there were no error messages only when starting in safe mode or safemode with network conection, then when all the drivers and devices are loading at teh end it said, "windows is looking for a374bus(or 347) press esc to end...."something like that so that's why it only started only in safe mode since in safe mode the drivers for cd-dvd rom are not needed, tha's my guess,
