You can start by posting a HijackThis log. If you're unsure how to do it, here are some instructions..
Download HiJackThis - this program will help us determine if there are any spyware/malware on your computer.
2. If you don't get the intro screen, just hit [Scan] and then click on [Save log]. 3. Post the HiJackThis.log file here.

I have attached a file to this post - regdel.txt
Download it & rename it "regdel.REG" (inclusive of the quotes) Make sure you do not mistakenly rename it as regdel.reg.txt (double extensions) Double-click on it & answer YES when prompted to merge into the Registry Uninstall the following programs, if present, using Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs:
Have HijackThis fix this entry: (browsers must be closed before you click "Fix Checked) O2 - BHO: Verizon Broadband Toolbar - {4E7BD74F-2B8D-469E-D0FC-E57AF4D5FA7D} - C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\VERIZO~1\SFP\vzbb.dll Locate & delete this files/folders C:\PROGRAM FILES\MyWay >> folder H:\Big Daddy Band\Kazaa\bdcore.dll H:\Big Daddy Band\Kazaa\bdcore.dll.updpnd Download Trend Micro™ Anti-Spyware (by clicking the "Scan and Clean your PC" button).
In place of the TrendMicro icon will be a text file called "Antispyware.log", please double-click that log and copy the entire contents and paste them here along with a fresh HijackThis log
