Look2Me infection, please help?

I'm using Windows XP, I have run alot of different spyware, adware, virus detectors, in save mode to remove problems. Alot of problems have been fixed, but I can not get rid of this one, Look2Me.
In normal mode, I do get a network connection dialog boxes popping up asking for a connection for "icannews.com" and "licensevify.com".
I tried ewido, microsoft spyware, spyware doctor, trojan hunter, killbox, AVG antivirus, Symantec free scanner all in safe and normal mode. And I tried Look2Me remover, did not work. The Look2Me always returns.

Here's my latest ewido log, and HJT log run from safe mode:

Hi and Welcome to TSF

Please close the spacing on your next logs.

Before attacking an adware/spyware problem with hijackthis make sure you have already run the following tools. Download and update the databases on each program before running.
Also make sure you are using the the latest version (1.99.1) of HijackThis and it's installed in it's own folder on the root drive. (C:\HJT)

Download L2mfix from one of these two locations:

http://www.atribune.org/downloads/l2mfix.exe
http://www.downloads.subratam.org/l2mfix.exe

Save the file to your desktop and double click l2mfix.exe. Click the Install button to extract the files and follow the prompts, then open the newly added l2mfix folder on your desktop.

Close any programs you have open since this step requires a reboot.

From the l2mfix folder on your desktop, double click l2mfix.bat and select option #2 for Run Fix by typing 2 and then pressing enter, then press any key to reboot your computer. After a reboot, your desktop and icons will appear, then disappear (this is normal). L2mfix will continue to scan your computer and when it's finished, notepad will open with a log. Copy the contents of that log and paste it back into this thread, along with a new hijackthis log.

IMPORTANT: Do NOT run any other files in the l2mfix folder unless you are asked to do so!

IMPORTANT!:

Before we can proceed any further, please visit the Microsoft's Windows Update Page and install ALL Critical Updates for your system (except service pack 2) (SP2). SP2 should only be installed on a fully disinfected system. At the minimum install at least SP1a for both XP and IE6. Without these updates your system is wide open to re-infection and we are both wasting our efforts to clean your system. After we have completed your clean-up, we will have you return to the Windows Update page and install SP2. We will also then advise you on how to better protect yourself online.

Please apply those updates BEFORE posting your next log. It is this forum's policy to stop the disinfection process until these basic updates are done. If during the updating process you get a message that your product key is invalid ....then you may not have a legitimate copy of Windows XP. Unfortunately it’s also this forums policy that we only address users with a legal copy of Windows XP.... therefore if you can not update Windows XP to SP1 we must stop the cleansing process here.

Thank you for your cooperation.

New HJT log

I did everything, except I could not complete the Kaspersky Anti-Virus Web Scanner.
I tried it several times, it would always pause/stop after 100% of downloading the virus definitions, the NEXT button would not become active, I waited 30 minutes a couple of times, so the following step could not be completed:

"Once the files have been downloaded click on NEXT."

My computer is very stable now, running fast, no problems.

Here is the latest HJT log:

My System

Check and fix this in HijackThis:

O1 - Hosts: localhost 127.0.0.1

Do you recognize this IP as belonging to your ISP or network?

O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{DDEEDB65-F886-425F-B7BB-2BB49C66D413}: NameServer = 195.95.218.1 85.255.112.7

Restart your computer.

Since you can't run the Kapersky scan, I want you to run another one just to be safe. Run Panda ActiveScan at http://www.pandasoftware.com/products/activescan. Post the log from the Panda scan here along with a new HijackThis log.

Hello jaugie,

Download CleanUp! (Alternate Link if main link doesn't work) and install it. Do not run it yet.

Download KillBox http://www.greyknight17.com/spy/KillBox.exe.

Reboot into Safe Mode.(tapping F8 or F5)

Copy the file names below to the clipboard by highlighting them and pressing Ctrl-C:

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\wrapperouter.exe
C:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS\ALL USERS\FAVORITES\Free Online Casino.url
C:\WINDOWS\etb

Start KillBox.
Go to the File menu, and choose Paste from Clipboard.
Verify that you've done this properly by clicking the dropdown-arrow next to the Full Path of File to Delete field. The filenames you pasted will be found in there.
Select/tick the following:
* Delete on Reboot
* End Explorer Shell While Killing File
* Unregister.dll Before Deleting" if it's not grayed out.
Click the RED X button.

Click [Yes] at the 'Delete on Reboot' prompt. Click [NO] at the Pending Operations prompt.

Delete this folder if it still exists:

C:\WINDOWS\etb

Open Cleanup! by double-clicking the icon on your desktop (or from the Start > All Programs menu). Set the program up as follows:
*Click "Options..."
*Move the arrow down to "Custom CleanUp!"
*Put a check next to the following:
-Empty Recycle Bins
-Temporary Internet Files
-Delete Cookies
-Delete Prefetch files
-[X]Scan local drives for temporary files (Please uncheck this option)
-Cleanup! All Users
Click OK
Press the CleanUp! button to start the program. Reboot/logoff when prompted.

You should be clean now.

NOTE:

After performing the following final instructions, please go to Microsoft and download all the critical updates to help prevent possible re-infection. Please update to XP SP2 and I.E. SP2

Reset hidden/system files and folders

Windows XP
===============
Click Start.
* Open My Computer.
* Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
* Select the View tab.
* Deselect the Show hidden files and folders option.
* Select the Hide file extensions for known types option.
* Select the Hide protected operating system files option.
Click Yes to confirm.
Click OK.

Create a new System Restore point

Click Start >> Run - type SYSDM.CPL & press Enter
* Select the System Restore Tab
* Tick on the checkbox - "Turn off System Restore on all drives"
Click Apply
* Then untick the same checkbox & click OK
In light of your recent issue, I'm sure you'll like to avoid any future infections. Please take a look at these well written articles:
HOW DID I GET INFECTED IN THE FIRST PLACE? http://forums.net-integration.net/in...showtopic=3051
THE ANTI-SPYWARE TUTORIAL http://www.greyknight17.com/spyware.htm#prevent
MAKING INTERNET EXPLORER SAFER http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/foru...er-tut102.html

Be very wary with any security software that is advertised in popups or in other ways. They are not only usually of no use, but often have malware in them.

More information and downloads are available at the following links:

Spyware Blaster to help prevent spyware from installing in the first place.
Spyware Guard to catch and block spyware before it can execute.
IESpy-Ad to block access to malicious websites so you cannot be redirected to them from an infected site or email.
