getting weird problems, does this HJ log look ok??

basically getting strange problems now and again. and cannot access any MS services like hotmail, messenger or windows update. also sometimes cannot connect to internet. please help. here is my HJ log. thks in advance.

I'm not seeing anything in this log. Please do the following:

Perform an online scan with Internet Explorer with Panda ActiveScan - requires Internet Explorer

Click on the Scan your PC button & a 'pop up' window shall appear. * ensure that your pop up blocker doesn't block it
Click On 'Scan Now'
Enter your e-mail address & click 'Scan Now' ...begins downloading Panda's ActiveX controls.- 8MB
Begin the scan by selecting My Computer
* You needn't remain online while it's doing the scan but you have to re-connect after it has finished to see the report.
If it finds any malware, it will offer you a report. Click on see report
Then click Save report
Post the contents of the report in your next reply

Did you run Ad-aware and Spybot yet? Try running their scans in Safe Mode and remove what they find.

Did you change any Windows' settings or install any new software before having these problems accessing certain sites?

ok norton found a 'jeefo' virus. i hope i remember the name correctly. it totally 'surrounded' it but couldnt delete/repair it. tried to manually remove it but couldnt. went into safe mode and finally deleted it. have run all my antivirus/adware prgrms and log comes clean. things seem to be running ok now.

Try running their scans in Safe Mode and remove what they find. finger puppet Registered User Join Date: Apr 2005 Posts: 12 OS: win xp	ok norton found a 'jeefo' virus. i hope i remember the name correctly. it totally 'surrounded' it but couldnt delete/repair it. tried to manually remove it but couldnt. went into safe mode and finally deleted it. have run all my antivirus/adware prgrms and log comes clean. things seem to be running ok now.
