Hello and welcome to TSF,
your log is clean it could be Bandwidth Monitor Pro thats is using 1-3Kb/sec.

Run an online virus scan at TrendMicro http://uk.trendmicro-europe.com/ent...call_launch.php. Just follow the instructions on the site to run the online scan. If any viruses/trojans are detected, try to delete or clean them in that site. You may use Panda ActiveScan also at http://www.pandasoftware.com/products/activescan. Otherwise, make sure your antivirus program has the latest definitions and run a full system scan.

Thanks for your reply. Trend micro couldn't find anything neither did mcafee. But the problem seems to have gone away now. Can anyone tell me how to shut down the IIS services permenantly (inetinfo.exe). I have tried "net stop iisadmin" but it relaods on reboot.
