Could you be so kind to look over? :)
Many thanks to Geekgirl. I scanned with RAV, Spybot, Adaware SE and HJT.
Adaware found Coulomb Dialer. Do ALL dialers reek havoc on your phone bills? Or is it only for people who use dial-up connection? ------- Logfile of HijackThis v1.99.1 Scan saved at 10:57:13 PM, on 16/05/2005 Platform: Windows ME (Win9x 4.90.3000) MSIE: Internet Explorer v6.00 SP1 (6.00.2800.1106) Running processes: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\KERNEL32.DLL C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\MSGSRV32.EXE C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\mmtask.tsk C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\MPREXE.EXE C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\STIMON.EXE C:\PROGRAM FILES\NORTON ANTIVIRUS\RTVSCN95.EXE C:\PROGRAM FILES\NORTON ANTIVIRUS\DEFWATCH.EXE C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\ZONELABS\VSMON.EXE C:\WINDOWS\EXPLORER.EXE C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\RESTORE\STMGR.EXE C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\RNAAPP.EXE C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\TAPISRV.EXE C:\WINDOWS\TASKMON.EXE C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SYSTRAY.EXE C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\WMIEXE.EXE C:\WINDOWS\LOADQM.EXE C:\PROGRAM FILES\HEWLETT-PACKARD\HP SOFTWARE UPDATE\HPWUSCHD.EXE C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\HPZTSB09.EXE C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SPOOL32.EXE C:\PROGRAM FILES\HP\HPCORETECH\HPCMPMGR.EXE C:\PROGRAM FILES\HEWLETT-PACKARD\DIGITAL IMAGING\BIN\HPOTDD01.EXE C:\PROGRAM FILES\NORTON ANTIVIRUS\VPTRAY.EXE C:\PROGRAM FILES\COMMON FILES\REAL\UPDATE_OB\REALSCHED.EXE C:\PROGRAM FILES\NETASSISTANT\SMARTBRIDGE\MOTIVESB.EXE C:\PROGRAM FILES\VISUAL NETWORKS\VISUAL IP INSIGHT\SYMPATICO CONSUMER\IPCLIENT.EXE C:\PROGRAM FILES\VISUAL NETWORKS\VISUAL IP INSIGHT\SYMPATICO CONSUMER\IPMON32.EXE C:\PROGRAM FILES\ZONE LABS\ZONEALARM\ZAPRO.EXE C:\PROGRAM FILES\MICROSOFT OFFICE\OFFICE\OSA.EXE C:\PROGRAM FILES\SONY CORPORATION\IMAGE TRANSFER\SONYTRAY.EXE C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\DDHELP.EXE C:\PROGRAM FILES\SPYBOT - No, not necessarily....it likely means that we are all busy helping others and have not gotten to yours, or Real Life has called us away from our computers.
Patience please.....I'll have a look and reply when I have something for you.

Did Adaware clean the dialer? There is nothing showing in your log. Not all dialers are designed to run up a phone bill, but many are. Some just want to connect their malware to it's homesite so it can spread more junk into your system, and then beyond.
Your log is clean. Flush all your old restore points by doing the following (this prevents reinfection should the need arise to use System Restore in the Future): Go to Start->Settings->Control Panel and double-click on the System icon. On the Performance tab click File System. Click the Troubleshooting tab, and then check Disable System Restore. Click OK. Click Yes when you are prompted to restart Windows. Enable System Restore again by following the same steps as above except you should uncheck Disable System Restore. You will then need to manually create a new Restore Point. Make sure to get the latest updates for Windows and Internet Explorer at http://v5.windowsupdate.microsoft.co....aspx?ln=en-us. To help prevent future spyware installations/infections, please read the Anti-Spyware Tutorial and use the tools provided. Are there any problems now? If not, you should be set to go.
