Spyware problems need help

Help Im at my end maybe you can help my computer has Elite bar and ive tried almost everything. I'm close to just wipeing my computer help me my log is

Do you have two computers with Elitebar issues, or have you just posted your log twice in two different threads? It looks like it's the same log in each thread.

I've got a reply pending in the other one -- if it's just one computer, please keep all the correspondence in that other thread.

If this is a second computer separate from the other, please post a note in this thread as well making that clear so a security team member can help you with this one, too.

I have 2 but one has diffrent sympotom. This one keeps crashing.The first one has alot of pop ups. srry for any confusion
