TrendMicro detected "Unvise32"virus in C:windows folder

Hello,
This weekend my antivirus came up positive for possible spyware detection "unvise32", I guess aka...GRAYWARE. I followed the instructions through Trendmicro to remove it from my registry keys and the folder it was detected in. Follow up scans have turned up nothing. I used "X-Cleaner", Microsoft Antispyware BETA, Spybot S&D, CWShredder, GhostSurf Platinum, and Trendmicro. I was hoping maybe someone could take a look at my HJT log just to make sure there is nothing else is lurking in the shadows. I ran the HJT log through a couple off online analyzers but I was hoping a "professional eye" could take a peek. Thank you.

Thumbs Up Thank you for your time and efforts

Just wanted to say "THANK YOU" for your time in evaluating my log file greyknight17. I am glad to see that I was on the right track in eliminating whatever file got into my folder and registry.
My system didn't seem to be having any symptoms too speak off. Just the red flag from Trendmicro.
Just played some MW4 Mercs online, surfed the internet, and did some e-mail and I don't seem to be having any troubles as of yet. I'll keep my fingers crossed and read the tutorial. Thanks again for your time and patience in this matter.

Respectfully,
DopplerGuy
