Anything suspicious??

After I installed SP2 on my Xp version, I noticed that my pc prestations have lowered, before Sp2 I could use several applications, now it seems that the pc gets "overloaded"...

Example:

I remember playing games (single player of course) while using filesharing programs...

Now, after Sp2, I simply cant do it anymore, all the games are too choopy to be played...

Here's my log:

My System

Nothing bad here. Let's try disabling some programs from startup.

Run a scan in HijackThis. Check each of the following and hit 'Fix checked' (after checking them) if they still exist (make sure not to miss any):

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [NvCplDaemon] RUNDLL32.EXE C:\WINDOWS\System32\NvCpl.dll,NvStartup
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [WINDVDPatch] CTHELPER.EXE
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [UpdReg] C:\WINDOWS\UpdReg.EXE
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [CTStartup] C:\Programmi\Creative\Splash Screen\CTEaxSpl.EXE /run
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [TkBellExe] "C:\Programmi\File comuni\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe" -osboot
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\Programmi\QuickTime\qttask.exe" -atboottime
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [NeroFilterCheck] C:\WINDOWS\system32\NeroCheck.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [CTFMON.EXE] C:\WINDOWS\system32\ctfmon.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [MSMSGS] "C:\Programmi\Messenger\msmsgs.exe" /background
O4 - Global Startup: Microsoft Office.lnk = C:\Programmi\Microsoft Office\Office10\OSA.EXE

Restart. How's it running now?

Doesn't appear to be anything else non-critical to remove.
