Audio virus? "creak", "help me!...

My computer appears to be infected with a virus that generates random sounds, typically when idle. Sound clips include "Help me!", "Happy Thanksgiving", "Happy Hallowe'en", and the sound of a door creaking shut.
I run AVG's antivirus, which scans every night at 01h00, and has not picked up anything. I have no other antivirus software.

That said, I'm now in the process of downloading various antimalware programs (antimalwarebytes, spybot SD, what have you.)

Will also run Kaspersky just shortly.

DDS is below, and I've attached Attach.txt. GMER said that it didn't find any registry key edits, and ark.txt was empty, so it didn't upload. Any help would be gratefully received.
