Security Tool?

Hey, I recently got some sort of virus that installed a program named 'SecurityTool' & 'Windows System Defender' - I realised straight away they were false programs which were detecting false viruses in files I needed to run Windows. I have tried running anti-virus programs and everything else but none of them are able to run since this fake program keeps detecting a virus in the files I'm opening. Now another problem which is obviously related to the virus itself. When I've been running the computer for about 20 minutes, I'll get this blue screen which tells me I need to shut my computer down, so without questions it shuts down and I've lost anything I'm working on. I'm sure any anti-virus would be able to fix it but the problem is I can't open any of them, I need a way of possibly uninstalling manually so no programs are required.

Any help appreciated.

Re: Security Tool?

No problems now, surprisingly Windows Defender was able to fix it but I'll run a scan now (since I can now access anti-spyware programs now) to check if I've got anything remaining.

If it comes back I'll surely post again.
