i can't get help with infection?
I've had 2 threads up, first one closed because i didn't have the right info. now my second one is gone? am i not able to be helped? I'm getting about 20 detections an hour +. why is no one allowed to help me?
I'm uploading the zip with the two text documents. like the guide said. what have i done to not be eligible for help? |

Your first thread was closed because you did not provide the required logs. Below is the link to your second thread. However, you don't seem to have read the instructions carefully as only Attached.txt and the DDS.txt are provided, but no Ark.txt. http://www.techsupportforum.com/secu...ml#post2423073 Please be patient and wait for a reply to your above thread.
