PC Performance decrease : Posting Hijack This Log - Help appreciated

My desktop with the following configuration is suffering from slow speed. The responsiveness of the desktop applications is slow (or I may feel so compared to its earlier performance). =========================== Dell Optiplex GX 620 Pentium D 2.3 Ghz 4 GB RAM ATI 256MB AGP Graphics Card Windows XP SP2 Avira Antivirus updated PC Tools Spyware doctor updated =========================== I am posting my hijack log and startup log, I would appreciate if all the gurus can go through it to identify any discrepancies or alarming entries. Hello and Welcome.
A slow machine is not always a product of infection. I don't see any sign of active infection, and this forum is for malware removal assistance. You may wish to seek help in the Windows XP section of the forum. Please see this sticky topic: Is your PC running slow...? I would uninstall PC Tools Spyware Doctor and see if that improves things also. Additionally... We no longer use HijackThis as our initial analysis tool. It does not provide enough detail for today's infections. Should you still require assistance for malware removal... We want all our members to perform the steps outlined in the link I'll give you below, before posting for assistance. There's a sticky at the top of this forum, and a Quote:
