Diagnosis of Suspected Malware Needed (picture)

I might be being a little stupid, but I just want to check if this is malware or not. It popped up after I clicked on something on a seemingly benignant site, and ZoneAlarm has reported a "svcst.exe" has tried to access the internet and trusted zone. When I hover the cursor over the 'X' icon when it is in my dashboard, the message pops up again.

Yes, don't click on anything that little message box sends your way. It's an indication of a rogue "security program" installation.
