Multiple unknown poblems.

Hi, I would use the search feature, but I really don't know what I'm looking for.

- First off I'm under the impression that there is multiple problems, I have somthing called WSA (Windows security alerts) it causes mass pop ups (or i believe this is what it does.)

- Also, Randomly when i restart, I get there has been an unauthorized change in windows. Then it returns me to the logon screen. This continues untill it randomly starts windows.

- Lastly or so I hope from what I've noticed. There is somthing which stops avg/superantispyware from opening/uninstalling/reinstalling (even in safemode). And all of my restore points have been deleted.

hp dv2700 notebook pc
amd turion 64 x2 tl-58 1.90 ghz
2g ram
32-bit op
