My Computer Won't let me update AVG or my OS!

I am new to this Forum so I am really truly sorry if I break the rules.

Anyways my problem is this:
-I can't update my AVG
-I can't Access Hotmail
-I can't access ANY Social Netowrikng sites
-Or update my windows XP Pro

AVG,Ad-Aware and SPy-Bot pick up nothing. But I am damn sure its a Virus. I used "HijackThis" and this is what it reads.
