Need sum help with my Laptop...Please

my computer was running okay, until the other day...I think I clicked on a link on a friend of mine's Facebook account, that turned out to be a virus or something...Eversince then, Ive been having a lot of trouble getting on the internet. Just getting on here took me about an hour....so...
