Help!!!!!!!!!![moved from vista/win7]

well about 2 weeks ago my comp been actin kinda weird sometimes like 4 hours when i leave comp on my comp runs really slow and internet cuts of like on msn and i try ctrl+alt+del but it dont work says failed to load logon process screen thing and i can't open task manager please help
