Trojan Horse Generic 14.XBT and a4.ADBO

Hi guys,

I have AVG 8.5 on windows XP.
I got AVG firewall warnings like "The 230.exe is trying to access your PC"
when I surf.

This Virus
1. Has a entry in Temporary Internet Files as dia[1].exe which comes from
paris-caraibes.fr/media/sytem/js
2. Stores a exe ( eg: 230.exe, 745.exe,.......) in temp folder
3. Runs the exe ( eg: 230.exe, 745.exe,.......) and can be seen in task Manager.

So I removed it from all 3 places above and didnt show any abnormal behavior untill today.

Today my PC Cd player kept opening/closing continuosely....stops for a while and repeat same process.

How can I remove this trojan.....Please help....
