Curser Virus

Hi,
After booting up the curser develops tiny red dots which after 10 mins or so becomes a block of what appears to be chinese writing this then deepens in colour then the screen intermitantly switches off and then on after this sections of the screen become scrambled. I am running F-Secure anti virus on this computer, no problem on 2 laptops though.
Any thoughts

Not a clue, Merlin1. Without scans, we can't just guess at what this is.
