Virus infection: Win32/Heur.dropper + HJT log

Hi everyone,

Every couple of minutes I keep getting an AVG warning that this virus has been found: Win32/Heur.dropper with location:
c:\windows\system32\207682.exe

Please help me fix this! AVG seems to not be curing it (I have to click on 'move to virus vault'). I have attached a HJT log:
