website searches misdirected

While searching for websites using google or yahoo, when clicking on the links to webpages, you get misdirected to somewhere where they try to tell you you need to install antivirus software, that your system has many viruses on it. Ran McAfee full scan and System Mechanics. No viruses found, and no other problems detected. When trying to install Hijack This to the computer, could download but not open. Had to download to a flash drive and run from there. When trying to get to any online antivirus scans, internet screen goes away and then you have to try to open several times before you can finally open it again. Also, Peachtree keeps shutting down on its own in the middle of things and now says that it cannot open. Here is the hijack this log for this computer. Any help would be great.
