I Think I made a big mistake!!!HELP

While attempting to fix my issues, I came across a page that suggested running the combo fix, and so I did, but know I am at this site which says combo fix is powerful and should be done only after running the dds(something like that), can I close what ever doors I just opened, is there a way to reverse what ever i just did........for what its worth, attached is the copy of the log.
