I cannot enter gmail

Basically while I was away some malware infected my computer. My girlfriend was unable to enter gmail.com and there were various popups advertising 'Windows Security Suite'.
Using Malwarebytes I was able to get rid of the Malware and am 100% sure that my computer is not infected anymore - pop ups have disappeared etc etc. However I am still unable to enter gmail.com. Initially it was both google.com and gmail but now its only gmail. I can access anything on the net bar gmail. I ran a diagnostic log and it came up with the following -

The last bit seems to be the problem but I dont have a clue how to fix it.
I have tried firefox but its the exact same problem in that I can access everything except for gmail.com.

I also got the following diagnostic. Im pretty sure it is a firewall issue but dont have a clue how to fix it. I should say that my laptop is working perfectly off the same modem.
