Virus / Personal Anti-Virus Trouble

On my laptop I have Vista, and somehow my child has gotten a virus scanner called Person Anti-Virus on there and I am having a lot of trouble removing it. Everytime I try to start Malwarebytes, AVG or the like it asks me if I want to delete the file. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
