Some kind of virus

I think that I have a virus because my harddrive suddenly is full and advanced system care says I have mallware on my pc.

I also put a big file (around 8GB) in the thrash can and after that I used CCleaner. Now CCleaner is trying to delete the file from my thrash can and it is taking for ever.

Another problem I have is that my PC doesn't make any restore points. I have two from yesterday (installing DirectX and Prince of Persia). AVG also doesn't save the scan history
