ad.yieldmanager pop up

Greetings.
Recently, when I start up my computer I can't open any program, the computer freezes for a few seconds and then says "Explorer has stopped responding" I then select the option to close the program and restart and my computer then works fine. This has been a recurring issue. The reason I think this has something to do with a virus is because as soon as that problem started I got another. When I open Firefox I get a pop up from "ad.yieldmanager.com"

After googling it I haven't seen any real fix and the ones I have didn't seems to work. (though I never fully tried them out)

Virus scans come up with nothing, Antispyware/malware programs may show a cookie or 3 being threats but other then that my computer is "clean".

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
