Your Computer is infected Screensaver/Bad Image Error/Task Manager Disabled

About 2 weeks ago my sister was on facebook, these pop up started appearing like crazy and trying to install an antispyware program. I have McAfee total protection and it was asking to allow or deny the entries to the registry. I clicked deny, but some how it was too late. The blue screen saver "Your Computer is infected" was the new background image and is not changable. the red circle and white X was in the quick launch and the task manager has been disabled by your administrator come up even in safe mode. Also it will not let me connect to the internet, and when I try to run some applications the Bad Image error comes up. Please, any help you have to offer is much appreciated.
