System Security Virus Help Needed Badly!!

Okay, here is my issue. My computer has somehow become infected with the system security virus. I have looked online to find out how to remove it, and i have come up with that I need Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware software to do so. Well I am having a problem with that. When I start in safe mode to install the anti-malware program, my computer freezes when you try to install it. So, I can't install the program to help my computer. I also found this website http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/viru...ystem-security but when i get to the part of running the "procexp.exe" it just disappears immediately after I open it. Also, I tried to run Hijackthis (not in safe mode) and I can't. This virus has made it where I can't run any programs. I can't run hijackthis, or my anti-spyware, or my anti-virus, or my anti-malware (which i can't install anyway) What can you suggest I do? Please help. I don't want to lose all my stuff. I am avoiding a reformat, because we have years worth of photographs and orginal artwork and important files that we haven't backed up. I really appreciate any help you can give. Thank you.
