Spyware virus, but don't know how to disable blocking tools

Hey, so I have a spyware problem with my computer, and I am trying to fix it. The problem is that I cannot run dds for some reason. I click run, and the thing pops up, but then the screen doesn't change and just stays. I am guessing that the problem might be that I didn't disable blocking tools. So can you perhaps tell me how to disable blocking tools?

Please try renaming DDS.scr to DDS.com. If it still doesn't run, try the following tool and post the log it produces along with the log from GMER in a new thread as this one shall be closed.

• Download RSIT by random/random and save it to your desktop.
• Double click RSIT.exe to start the tool and click Continue at the disclaimer.
• When the scan completes it will open a log named log.txt maximized, and a log named info.txt minimized.
• Copy (Ctrl+A then Ctrl+C) and paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of log.txt here.
  
• Please attach info.txt to your post.

To attach a file to a new post, simply

1. Click the[Manage Attachments] button under Additional Options > Attach Files on the post composition page, and
2. copy and paste the following into the "Upload File from your Computer" box:

   C:\rsit\info.txt
   

3. Click Upload.
