not able to run softwares

HI FRNS I'M HAVEING A PROB IN MY COMP
I'M NOT ABLE TO OPEN ANY NEW SOFTWERE . TASK MANGER IS WORKING (TASK MANGER IS DISABLED BY ADMININSTRATOR ) NOT ABLE TO REMOVE SOFTWERES,NOT ABLE TO USE "RUN COMMANDS".

THE SOFTWERES OF WINDOWS R STILL WORKING LIKE "WINDOW MEDIA PLAYER, MOVIE MAKER)

I HAVE EVEN FORMAT THE WINDOW AND RE INSTALL IT BUT IT STILL NOT WORKING

AND WHEN I TUN OFF THE PC A FILE NAME "AUTOLT V3" STARTED TO END

IT ALL STARTED WHEN I OPEN A FOLDER THERE WAS ANOTHER FOLDER WITH SAME NAME IN IT


PLZ HELP URGENT
