redirecting and other problems

hi guys, there several odd things happening to my computer. During internet searching, when clicking to one a link it automatically open a new tab [mozilla] and redirects to a x-rated site or sometimes random site.
I am unable to figure out what or where the problem is. No clue how i got it. Another is that i am unable to install Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and AVG Free. Malwarebyte will be installed but never finish but the file are there but unable to uninstall [just freezes]. so its stuck there. Avg is unable to complete due to: error 0x8007013d. Also the internet connection is quite irratating. it does not load to many sites. [Opera works fine but mozilla and explorer is affected].My sisters computer works just fine, so it is not the connection. I haven't been taking much care of my computer so partially it is my fault. Please help me find the problem. Please and greatfully thank you.
