Infected by Personal Anti virus- Help

Hi,

My computer has been infected by the above malware. I have run spybot but it cannot remove saying it still remains in the memory. How can I get rid of without it reappearing. PAV is running in the system tray and has pop ups stating that the computer is infected by various worms and trojans such as trojan.win32.azsy?

Is there anything that will remove this properly without it reappearing at start up?

Please help..
