Memory could not be read???

As soon as I start my computer it shows a message box displayed by SVCHOST.exe. The message reads as follows-

"The instruction at "0x00403ae8" referenced memory at "0Xfffffff7".The memory could not be "read". Click OK to terminate the program. Click on Cancel to debug the program."

I am really frustrated with getting this message. Secondly my computer keeps on showing the busy sign-" Damaru Sign" right from the time it starts.

All the more the Online protection,Alert messanger and DNA scan of my Quick Heal Antivirus have stopped automatically.

Also there is a peculiar type of message box that keeps on displaying asking permission to "Allow Once, Block Once,Allow all activities for this application" for some application, it cannot be understood from the message box what the application relates to for which the permission is being sought?

I would really appreciate any help I get towards the above problems. Thank u
