Re: Multiple problems -- please help
Computer has seemed to be working fine. The only exception I've had is that when trying to listen to music a little bit ago on iTunes, I can't seem to get my USB speakers to work (I've gotten them to connect for a little but it isn't consistent.). After fiddling around with them, the computer blue-screened and said there had been an error with usbport.sys. But I'm thinking that this might just be a problem with the speakers (they've never been great, and I haven't used them in a while), but I don't have any other USB devices to try that out with unfortunately. If you don't think that's related, I wouldn't worry about it.
Thank you, of course, for everything! |

Re: Multiple problems -- please help
No, I don't think it's related. I'd like to leave this thread open for several more days. Would you remember to come back and let me know if all is still well?

Re: Multiple problems -- please help
Hi Ried,
Computer seems to be working fine, except for Symantec not recognizing that it's updated (like before). Otherwise, everything seems to be working fine. Thank you so much for all of your help! Sincerely, Brian |

You're welcome, and thanks for following up with me, Brian.
![]() I would suggest contacting Symantec and see what they suggest. |
