My Browser is Always Redirecting Me

So here I am again haha

But here is my issue, Im not sure if its the Google Redirect virus but im pretty sure it is because when Im in google and I click on a link it keeps redirecting me somewhere but also adding on to it if i am on another site and clicking a link or something I still get redirected to another site.. and whenever I look at the link when its getting redirected it does keep saying google redirect

So is there anyway I can solve this issue without using Hijackthis or is it a program I need?
