Malware Help

Hello,

I am currently having some issues with a Dell Latitude notebook. It is severely infected with Malware such as Vista Antivirus 2008, Malware Doctor, and Spyware Guard 2009 from what I can tell. I tried to install and run a few different scans to attempt to clean up the computer but it seems that the infections are preventing me from running any installed antivirus, antimalware, or antispyware programs and also will not let me access any websites that I can download these types of applications from. I would greatly appreciate it if someone can help me clean up the computer.
