Being redirected, while using the web

Hey, thanks for taking your time to help me with this problem. A couple days ago, while using IE, I started get redirected when I am browsing sites(even these forums) to this res://C:\Windows\system32\shdoclc.dll/navcancl.htm. Anyways here is my HJT log.
