Computer infected with spyware, help please

I recently installed imesh,big mistake, and now everytime i open IE it gives me an annoying message saying something about my default search engine. I ran a virus scan and a sunbelt counter spy scan and deleted what i could with those.

I still get that message though. I searched around and read how to manually delete imesh, and everything they say to delete, i couldn't find so they mustve been deleted.

I need some help getting rid of it.
