Cry Internet stops working after a while - HELP!

Hi,

Don't know what the problem is but my internet just stops working after browsing for a while. I've tried running AVG, registry mechanic and spybot, closing zonealarm but nothing helps. Happens with both firefox and internet explorer. Usually I start using firefox, it stops. Then I switch to internet explorer, it stops. I even tried using google chrome and then that stopped.

I think AVG found a virus around the time this started happening: Trojan horse Downloader.Zlob.AHEP but this was moved to the virus vault, so I assume AVG disabled it.
