Lots Of Promblems on pc.

Im running windows vista, recently my mouse has had a mind of its own going the opposite to where i want and moving around on its own, my internet connection goes really slow aswell , ive just installed a fully paid version of kaspersky 2009 internet security, when running a quick scan no promblems so i decided to run a full scan and it stops on 43% everytime for over an hour then i have to restart my pc, i would really appreciate some advice from you guys.
