EEK! ntoskrl- hook and uac........dll problems

cant install avg as it is saying cnnot create registry key...tried mcaffee trial found these viruses but cant delete them.so i deleted mcafee again..malaware bytes or spy bot will not run after dowwnloaded....currently with no anti virus scanner

any help would be highly appriciated

Im giving up after 10 hours.......

also im redirected in google if i click on a webpage to go to. computer works ok......just getting redirected and having fake alerts...so my computer actually works like ****

installing avg wont work and malaware bytes and spybot dont run after being installed?

thanks for the attention..after 2 days i seem to have it under control....

win32/alureon.bf and packed generic 200....deleted by free trail of norton....

I would be happily surprised if Norton could remove that rootkit completely. If you please, run the scans to help me confirm that. It would be good to know, and the scans will only take a short while.

thanks tetonbob,

i was able to run malaware bytes now after an infection was delete and it seems this program found some more traces and infections. Nortons scan cant find anything anymore. attached is the log from malaware bytes. and the infections deleted. also ran adaware...it found notihng. firewall is up. Anything i can do to make sure my computer is now free from viruses trojans etc.........
