Mal-ware removed...still acting up

Hey all:

I have removed trojan.agent, adware.mywebsearch, broken.securityproviders and rogue.winantivirus from my computer using malware, I have installed a new firewall and updated to firefox. I cannot update windows as the update will go to 100 and fail to finish after sitting at that status for 20-30 minutes. Now, upon booting my icons and taskbar take a good two minutes to load and all apps take 30-45 seconds to launch after being clicked on or will freeze up if clicked on too much. Here is my HJT log.
